Flexi Connect allows you to control your internet connection, offering a prepaid system where you pay upfront for a calendar months of internet access. Upon expiration, simply top up for another calendar months as needed. This eliminates the need for a contract and regular monthly billing.
Absolutely NOT! Flexi Connect gives you no strings attached connectivity by allowing you to decide when and how you want to use the service.
To start, check if your address is covered at octotel.co.za and if you’re covered, order from any available ISP via our store page or the ISP’s website. After we’ve received and accepted the order from your ISP, our team will contact you to install a WiFi-enabled ONT at your home at a time convenient for you. Once installed, your connection will go live within a few minutes (if there is no other work required) and your ISP will provide all the details you will need to connect to your WiFi.
We offer two unlimited packages: 20/10Mbps and 80/20Mbps. Pricing varies per ISP, so please visit our store page for more information.
NOPE, NADA, NEVER! The service is fully uncapped and unlimited. You will never have to worry about being capped or your internet service being slowed down due to usage.
Currently, only RSAWEB is available as ISP on Flexi Connect with many more coming onboard soon. Please check out our store page to see which ISPs are ready to get you connected.
No, we will install a WiFi-enabled router/ONT (Optical Network Terminal) which will allow you to connect all your devices. Your ISP will send you all the necessary information needed to get started.

Once your calendar month have expired, you will have 3 days to top up with your chosen ISP before your service will get suspended. If you have not recharged after 14 days, your service will be cancelled and you will need to re-order with your chosen ISP.
Once your calendar month has expired, you will be directed to a dedicated webpage on your device, where you will be able to purchase a new calendar months voucher with your current ISP. Just follow the instructions to recharge and once complet
You can upgrade to the 80/20Mbps or downgrade to the 20/10Mbps package only after your current 30 days has expired.
Unfortunately, you can’t move over to any of our non-prepaid services at this moment.
